How much are your items?

All items ordered are customizable. Final cost will be determined once I've spoken to you regarding your vision. STARTING PRICES are listed for each of my most requested items on the products page. Special requests are also welcomed and priced individually.

How far in advaced do I need to order?

Since all items are customizable by color and accents, the SOONER the BETTER! This insures that we have plenty of time to order any specialty color or character balloons and accents needed.

Do you deliver?

Yes! Item delivery and set up is free inside the Texarkana city limits within a 10 mile radius from our business address.  Standard round-trip mileage cost will be added  to final price for further locations. 
Items may be picked up here in Texarkana and transported and set up by you. Instructions for care and set up will be provided.

How do I place an order?

  • To ensure your vision is fully understood, contact us via phone, email or direct message Fancy 'Flatables on Facebook or Instagram to place your order. 

  • All items listed are STARTING PRICES. Actual cost will depend on customizations requested. 

  • ****ESTIMATES AND UNPAID INVOICES ARE GOOD FOR 10 DAYS, AFTER WHICH PRICES MAY INCREASE *****

  • All event orders will require signing of an online contract and a 30% retainer to secure your date.

Payment Policy

Preferred method of payment is through PayPal.

You do not have to have a PayPal account in order  to use your major credit or debit card.

A PayPal invoice will be emailed to you.

30% of the total balance non-refundable retainer fee is due upon receipt of invoice to book your date . The remaining invoice balance is due within 7 (SEVEN) days of the event date. 

A FULL BALANCE retainer fee is due for any events booked within 2 weeks (14 days)  of the event date. 

Delivery Mileage fee of current IRS mileage rate per mile may also be included in the total balance, if applicable. 

Face-to-Face consultation fee may also be included in the total balance, if applicable. 

Cancellations

Cancellations within 3 or more days of the event will be refunded 70% of the original fee (Total cost – 30% retainer fee given or cost of ordered items (whichever is greater). Cancellations within 2 days or less of the event, no refund will be given.

How Do I Care For My Balloons?

Care For Your Inflated Balloon Creations

  • Inflated balloon decor should NOT be stored in extremely cold or extremely hot environments. This includes avoiding contact with cold or hot floors/walls/ceilings. 

  • If balloons will be sitting directly on concrete floor, please cover the floor with a rug or thick material first.

  • On hot days, in direct sunlight, balloons will oxidize (discolor) and  may pop within an hour. The same result can occur indoors if balloons are exposed to direct sunlight through windows.

  • For outside events, protection from direct sunlight and heat for your balloons is suggested, such as under a tent or awning.

  • Very cool/cold environments may cause a reduction in the size and float time of balloons. Cold outdoor environments will also cause inflated balloons to become cloudy.

  • Static and invisible fibers on ceilings can cause balloons to pop. Allow your balloons to remain tied to an anchor for at least five hours before releasing them to the ceiling.

Please Note Warnings Below:

  • Foil balloons are non-biodegradable and therefore should be disposed of carefully with general household waste.

  • Foil balloons may conduct electricity. Do not release helium filled foil balloons outdoors or use near overhead power lines.​

  • Children can choke or suffocate on un-inflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep un-inflated / broken balloons away from children. Discard broken balloons at once.
